Brain Spark Lab

An independent thought lab for knowledge strategy, digital emotional intelligence, and human-centered AI readiness.

A Public Lab Notebook

Brain Spark Lab is my public lab notebook — a fertile thinking ground for ideas that need room to root before they bloom.

Here, I document emerging questions, patterns, frameworks, and reflections about knowledge work, digital systems, AI adoption, and the human experiences underneath modern work.

What is Brain Spark Lab?

Brain Spark Lab is a place for thinking in public with care.

It is where I explore how knowledge, technology, governance, emotion, and organizational life intersect. Some ideas may become essays. Some may become frameworks. Some may stay as sparks for a while.

The goal is not to rush every idea into a finished product. The goal is to create a thoughtful space where ideas can be named, developed, tested, and given room to grow.

What the Lab Explores

Knowledge Strategy

Digital Emotional Intelligence

How people create, share, find, trust, and reuse what they know.

How people experience digital tools, communication, change, friction, and belonging.

Human-Centered AI Readiness

Digital Workplace Ground Work

What needs to be in place before AI can support work responsibly and sustainably.

The governance, ownership, systems, and practices that make digital work more humane.
